Chief Strategy Officer

30 years of experience across the U.S., Asia, and Europe, focusing on M&A, strategic investments, joint ventures, and new business development in emerging markets.

He holds multiple board and advisory roles at public companies and growth-stage businesses, including work tied to SPACs and cross-border transactions. Earlier in his career, he worked in banking, consulting, and business development roles at GE Capital, Boston Consulting Group, and major banks in London, Chicago, New York, Hong Kong, and Beijing.

Jia Schwartz

CEO

Jia is an expert in M&A, IPO financing, and strategic advisory. Former banker at UBS Investment Bank, Citi, and GE Capital. Over her career, Jia led the debt and equity raise for Fortune 100 companies such as PepsiCo, NextEra and WellPoint. 

She is a founding partner of Flying Tiger Capital and led the IPO of Pantages Capital Acquisition Corp (Nasdaq: PAGC), while serving as the CFO and Board member.  She was senior advisor in digital mining and energy-related investments, with a background that spans global capital markets and private investing.
